Spicy Hill is a 5-bedroom Villa with all rooms under one roof. We rent the entire villa at once. We have 3 rooms with king beds and end suite bathrooms and 2 rooms with twin beds and end suite bathrooms. We sleep 10 comfortably, 2 per room, but can accommodate up to 2 more on air mattresses and pull-out sofas. Additional charges will apply for more than 10 persons.
Absolutely no entertaining or hosting of parties will be permitted without prior written approval.
What sets us apart from all the rest is our personal service, attention to detail and our newly refurbished luxuriously appointed living spaces, with wheelchair access to all rooms including our game room, pool deck and garden areas.
Spicy Hill is an award-winning villa and is board certified by the Jamaica Tourist Board and is a Covid-19 Protocol Compliant Tourism Entity. Spicy Hill is centrally located with easy access to the San San Beach, Blue Lagoon, Winnifred Beach, Boston Jerk Centre, Reach Falls and the famous Bamboo Rafting down the Rio Grande.

Thanks for giving my friends and I the opportunity of staying at your lovely villa. I must commend your staff Denny,Keith & Karen, on their friendly yet professional manner they displayed in making us feel at home. The meals that Denny prepared surpassed scrumptiousness, tasty and well presented. The rooms are huge each with its own bathroom. Villa is clean, beds and pillows are very comfortable making for a good night sleep.
The property is meticulously maintained. We wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy more of property, but some of my friends had work the following day.
I will not hesitate to refer to friends & families should they ever need to rent a villa on that side of the island.

What a fabulous property! Understated luxury and elegance; solicitous staff and the cuisine was, in a word, 'delectable'! The bedrooms and bathrooms were beautifully appointed and comfortably accommodated all ten of us. The grounds were lush and manicured at the same time and the entire setting just very conducive to relaxation, camaraderie and rejuvenation. The staff, Chef-Denny; Butler-Keith & Housekeeper-Karen, were just great and spoiled us rotten, anything we wanted to eat they got the ingredients and prepared it. Wonderful weekend! We love Spicy Hill Villa! The staff was gracious and helped us with any and everything. The food was great Denny was able to cook us anything we wanted. The rooms are spacious and we loved the open feel of the house. The area on which the villa sits is big enough to have a small event or plays games like badminton and football. It would be great for a family with kids. Lots of space to play and relax. We also made use of the games room by having many pool and table tennis tournaments day and night. Overall it was a great experience and we will be staying at Spicy Hill Villa again in the future! Thanks for a great new years eve. Lauren
Spicy Hill was the perfect location as we were also participating in the Port Antonio Marlin Fishing Tournament held each year in October. The property was quiet and impeccably maintained, and the staff was friendly and professional. We stayed in the "Ginger" room which was tastefully furnished. Our king sized bed was so comfy and breakfast each morning was authentic Jamaican cuisine presented on the beautiful verandah overlooking the pool, the lush vegetation and the bay. At the end of a full day of fishing, coming 'home' to a delicious dinner with friends and freshly laundered clothes was the perfect ending to each day. We didn't want to leave, but did so knowing that we would be returning next year. Thanks to everyone at Spicy Hill who made our stay a fantastic one!

Spicy Hill is amazing! My family and friends spent an indescribable three days there in December last year, and we had a wonderful time. The villa is beautiful, in pristine condition, and the landscape lush and perfectly maintained. The games room is a great place to kick-back, play pool or table tennis, or any card and board game your family enjoys. Denny, Keith and Karen took wonderful care of us, anticipating every need and wish before we even thought of it and the food was fantastic! I would highly recommend Spicy Hill to anyone dreaming of a hassle-free vacation, close to the sea, and of being pampered and taken care of, like family. Thanks again for a wonderful time!
